Davido has extended his warm congratulations to his cousin, Tunji Adeleke, following his recent appointment as the chairman of the local government service commission in Osun state.
Tunji’s designation was officially announced by Ademola Adeleke, the governor of the state, in the month of July.
In a heartfelt message conveyed through his Twitter account, Davido praised Tunji’s leadership qualities and expressed his optimism about his cousin’s upcoming role in politics.
“Congratulations @Tunegee on assuming the role of Chairman for the Osun State local government commission,” he wrote.
“Demonstrating strong leadership, I have no doubt that you will excel in this capacity. Count on our unwavering support.”
Tunji Adeleke, the offspring of the late Isiaka Adeleke, a former Osun state governor and sibling to the present governor, has achieved a significant educational journey.
Having completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Adeleke University in July 2020, Tunji recounted the challenges he overcame during his academic pursuit.
He shared, “It’s been quite a journey! A decade across four different universities. Commencing in 2010, with intermittent pauses for various reasons, I finally concluded my studies in 2020.”
His inspiring words continued, “I stand as a testament that success is not merely measured by speed, but by the quality of the journey. Cheers to my achievement!”
In October 2022, he joyfully revealed the successful culmination of his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
