Omisore Loses Father-in-Law, Chief Fashubaa, At 102

Senator Iyiola Omisore, former deputy governor of the state of Osun, has lost his father-in-law, High Chief Julius Adeleye Fashubaa.

Chief Fashubaa, a native of Ado-Ekiti in Ekiti State and a renowned school principal in the departed western region died at age 102 on Wednesday.

According to family sources, on Wednesday evening, 15th day of January 2020, Barrister Mrs Mojisola Omisore, the source’s Erelu Apesin of Ijeshaland and Yeyemolufe, the daughter of the deceased said Chief Fashubaa joined his ancestors.

“Baba lived a very fulfilled life. He was a shining light and worthy example of hard work, positive influence and patriotism to his family and the local community. I am particularly going to miss his wise counsel and fatherly role,” he stated.

The former chairman of the Senate on appropriations prayed that the Almighty God would grant eternal rest to the soul of the departed and comfort to all of us.
