TINUBU DEPARTS NIGERIA MONDAY FOR G-20 SUMMIT IN INDIA.

President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja on Monday to attend the G-20 Leaders’ Summit in New Delhi, India, on the special invitation of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to attract foreign direct investment.

Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday.

On the sidelines of the summit, the President will participate in and deliver keynote addresses at the Nigeria-India Presidential Roundtable and the Nigeria-India Business Conference.

Leading businessmen from Nigeria and India, as well as senior government representatives from both nations, will attend the CEO roundtable.

In the statement, Ajuri said Tinubu aimed to leverage this platform to attract global capital and promote increased foreign direct investments in key labour-intensive sectors of Nigeria’s economy for job creation and revenue expansion.
