A resident of the area who spoke to Trendygists said the gunmen came unnoticed and razed down almost all the houses in the village.
The gunmen who are yet to be unmasked have left over 3000 persons living in the village displaced.
A woman who spoke in a video sighted by our correspondent said the attackers came and raze down her house while all of them were still in the farm.
The video also showed how yams and other valuables were also consumed in the fire.
As at the time of this report, the motive behind the attack is currently unknown.
